Wholesale Academy provides educational training and coaching covering real estate wholesaling and related business strategy. You're paying for education, guidance, community access, and materials — not for a done-for-you service, and not for any specific result.

2. Educational purposes only — not professional advice

Everything in the program is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. We are not your financial advisor, investment advisor, broker, accountant, attorney, or licensed professional of any kind, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Always consult your own qualified, licensed professionals before making any financial, legal, or business decision.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, income, profit, return, or result. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or figures are illustrations of what some people have done — not a promise of what you will achieve. Real estate and business involve risk, including the risk of losing some or all of the money you invest.

4. Your results depend on you

Your results depend primarily on your own effort, decisions, experience, skill, time, financial situation, market conditions, and follow-through. We provide knowledge and support; the decisions and the work are yours, and you are solely responsible for them.

5. Payment, no refunds, and chargebacks

You agree to the price and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase, and pricing may vary between members and over time. Because this is a digital education product delivered immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you're on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full balance. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal; if you have a billing concern, you'll contact us first to resolve it.

6. Assumption of risk

You understand that participating in the program and acting on what you learn involves risk, and you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks. You are responsible for evaluating whether any strategy is suitable for your own situation.

7. No warranties

The program, including all calls, content, and materials, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost opportunities, arising out of or relating to the program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you actually paid us for the program.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wholesale Academy and its owners, team, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your participation in the program, your decisions or actions, or your breach of this Agreement.

10. Intellectual property, confidentiality & conduct

All program materials, recordings, frameworks, and community content are owned by us or our licensors and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, record, share, resell, or redistribute them, and the contents of the private community are confidential. We may remove or suspend members who are abusive, who violate community guidelines, or who breach this Agreement, without refund.

11. Testimonials and feedback

Providing feedback or a testimonial is voluntary. If you choose to share results or a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it (along with your first name and likeness as provided) in our marketing, unless you tell us in writing not to.

12. Relationship of the parties

This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and us. You participate as an independent individual.

13. Term and termination

This Agreement begins when you sign and continues for the duration of your access to the program. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or for breach of this Agreement, and termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

14. Dispute resolution and governing law

You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. If it isn't resolved within 30 days, any remaining dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class action. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Wholesale Academy is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, which is also the exclusive venue for any matter not subject to arbitration.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to provide the program caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, platform failures, illness, or acts of God.

16. Entire agreement, severability & changes

This Agreement, together with the terms presented at checkout, is the entire agreement between us and replaces any prior discussions. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update program terms or materials from time to time, and continued participation means you accept the current terms.

17. Eligibility, electronic signature & acknowledgement

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this Agreement, and you agree that signing electronically by typing your name is the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature. You confirm you have read and understood this Agreement, that you're entering it freely, and that you had the opportunity to ask questions before signing.
